good API but bad customer service even on a paid plan!
I really like their API but their support is bad. I found an error - one of the end point (vwap) does not include OHLC data when we try to include using include OHLC flag but the person responsible to replying to email could not even understand that. they keep sending me replies like. it is almost comical ...either they will reply really late or not reply at all. "Which data is missing? Den Twelve Data" After explaining to them in detail along with example "Which data exactly is missing? Can you please provide a concrete example? Den Twelve Data"
