They will claim not to receive the refunded goods within the 30 days.
It pains me to see that this company is still operating out of Australia and they are using their usual tricks to make sure they don’t “receive the returned goods within 30 days”. Instead they leave them at the China post office and refuse to collect. There was literally a stamp on my package that said, “refuse to collect”. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and send them proof of your claim. I got all my money back. Ardor then had the audacity to ask me to drop my claim. Ardor you are revolting.
