We first ordered 9 reformer Pilates…
We first ordered 9 reformer Pilates machines from P.E. Pilates, and later we ordered 6 more. The machines arrived in Germany without any problems. We customized the equipment, and Ms. Cora Chen helped us a lot. She always replied to our messages quickly. She kept us updated during the production process. They also arranged the shipping and customs clearance, so everything was very easy for us. We are very happy with the whole experience. The quality of the machines is really good. There was only a small issue with the springs on one machine. I informed Ms. Cora Chen, and she helped us immediately. Thank you very much! 😊
