The greatest scam company. with all the info from people showing the method of their scam, they are still in business and selling. they took $160 from me and didnt send my item,

Total scam! Its fake. they take your money and dont send your item. I order a jacket for over $100 3 months ago. first they sent email that its delay and sorry. then they sent a message said your item is destroyed. Below its the cotosen help service message. Order ID: 30885250928402 Please be informed that the item was destroyed by customs due to it being unclaimed or exceeding the collection period. Unfortunately, this falls outside our responsibility, as the item was not collected in time. In this case, the only compensation we are able to offer is a $10 coupon for use on a future purchase from our website. Please let us know if you would like to receive the coupon code. Nearly 6 weeks gone from my order, H04Z7A0029999095, didnt received it. contacted 4 times. they reply unknown issue with the postage. pay another $11 to post it again. asked them how to pay? and change of my address. no reply. they just cant be bothered but i wont stop. i will make it viral if i dont get my parcel.
