GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I recently purchased my first eManual. I did not realize when I ordered it that I was going to have to download a program to view it. I am not a computer wiz and I was able to figure it out with no problems. The program is a free download. After I was able to view the manual I discovered that the vehicle I purchased it for was not included in it. I figured I was going to eat the money I paid. I contacted Customer Support and within a day after giving them more info on my vehicle they sent me an updated version. It is exactly what I was looking for and more, a lot more.
