As many others have stated, the website is very hard to navigate and is very misleading. Wanted a lab grown diamond and instead got a cubic zircona for $2100. Also, didn't realize the ring was from China! AI generated emails. Taking it to a local jeweler to prove, if it's even 14kt gold.
