It's no Amazon
The order process was easy enough, but it took a while to ship and even longer to be received. Their customer service is quick to respond, and friendly, but a bit incompetent and not helpful, and as a result, I had to spend hours researching something they should have known off the top of their head. And as a result of their GARBAGE return policy (I was going to have to pay two HUNDRED dollars to return ship to china) and knowing there's a solid chance it would get stopped at customs and I would never get a refund, I just kept a $1200 phone that doesn't completely work. I will never shop with giztop again. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the quick response and friendliness of their customer support.
