FAST, but Good
I took the After Effects course this summer and it was AMAZING. I went from having never opened the program before to creating short animations, and the lectures and bonus content were easy to follow and understand at least 85% of the time. The biggest criticism I have is that of timing. You go through a LOT of content over 8 weeks, and if you aren't near perfect in your time management it will be difficult to get everything in before the end of the course. If you're like me and have a full-time job and/or young children, it may be even more difficult to make sure everything is done. Still, if you're looking to learn animation and know you can get at least 70% of the course done on time, I'd say the course is still worth it.
