It's so annoying to work as a business with Alibaba since they make it impossible to get an invoice. Can someone please consult the alibaba team, that in the EU you need for every spend an invoice as soon as possible and not after the goods arrived. Even the goods arrived I can not download the invoice which makes me a lot of trouble with my bookkeeping and costs me more money and time to solve this.
