Disappointment Regarding Faulty Product and Customer Service
Dear Amos,
I was quite upset with your comments suggesting that it would cost me to replace the faulty product. Under international law, if you sell anything online, you must honor the warranty, which you have not done. Whenever I buy from TEMU, they either replace the faulty product at no cost or provide a partial credit. In this case, the transformer was faulty, so you should compensate me accordingly. Why should I have to buy a new one? Why didn’t your product work as promised?
You should stand by your product internationally. It’s a poor excuse not to refund or adjust the prices accordingly. I regret buying this product because it cost me a lot to get it installed. You made me believe that no hard wiring was required and that it was wireless, yet I had to hire an electrician for installation. Please do not mislead customers.
I will be posting a review on the Made in China website today. Before purchasing anything, I advise others to ensure they get a written warranty from the company they are buying from. This is not about 5 or 10 dollars; it’s about the principle that you should stand by your product.
I am not interested in any more credit. I will simply purchase from local shops in the future. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I am not cheating you; I am simply advising you on how to do business internationally.
I am not going to say thank you.

I recently purchased six CCTV cameras from your company through made-in-china.com:

• Material: Plastic
• Usage: Monitoring
• Paid: $462
Your listing claimed that these cameras were wireless. However, I discovered that they are only wireless for WiFi, not for the power supply, which required me to spend an additional NZ $350 on installation for power cabling.
I feel misled by your product description and believe I would have been better off purchasing locally. Additionally, the camera surface is of very poor quality, and I doubt they will last more than two years.
Given these issues, I expect a 50% refund of the total cost as a gesture of honesty and good customer service.

The purchase was made through official website . I have about 10 e-mails before o made the purchase.
My recent purchase of CCTV cameras online from madeinchina.co.nz and am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received.
The cameras are of very low quality, the outer plastic will crack in few years which was not made clear from the outset. During our discussions, I was under the impression that the cameras would be of better quality and that they would not require additional electrical wiring. However, this turned out to be a wrong assumption. Before selling any products, you should make two things clear: first, that your product is not high quality but rather cheap junk, and second, that it is not wireless and requires hard wiring. Your lack of clear communication about the product’s specifications and quality is very confusing and not up to the standard we expect in Western countries. I am very disappointed with your service and will not be purchasing from your site again in the future.
