2 orderders never delivered and not refunded
I made two orders, both never delivered and never refunded. Customer service doesn't care to track the case, they just send you some generic replies over and over again. They aren't able to provode the proof of delivery such as my signature, nevertheless they refuse to refund or send a replacement. On top of that, delivery takes over a week, which nowadays is just silly.
