Unprofessional and impossible to contact. SCAM.
I placed an order (order number 148461) on 19th November, it was supposedly due to arrived before the end of the month due to their estimated delivery times. I have not been given an update on my order, and when I attempt to track it the order states it is in London and the order has been delayed (obviously!) but that the delivery team will send it out on the ‘next working day’ - this is obviously a lie because multiple days have passed since this message on the 30th November and I still have had no other update! The order is now already too late to be given as a present for the occasion it was intended for, so lacemade have completely let me down there. I have sent numerous emails and even attempted to contact the company on their social media platform but I have still had no reply or contact. Avoid this company! I will likely have to perform a chargeback as they do not seem to care about upholding their side of the transaction. UPDATE: I have received automated messages asking me to give Lacemade more time to ‘contact the logistics team’ but to contact them if I had more questions.. they STILL have not given me an update and have ignored all attempts to contact them otherwise. The reply to this review is an automated response, I know this as it is the same response they replied with via email. They are still sending me promotional emails however! Incredibly brazen of them.
