Never received Updated
I ordered several items on February 19 and the order shows awaiting shipment. I emailed customer support and was told 2 items were not available at the time. They gave me 2 options. I could wait 7 days for the items to become available or I could let them replace items with similar products and have order shipped. I opted to let them replace with similar items. Now, almost 2 weeks later, order is still showing awaiting shipment. There have been no additional responses to my emails asking for update. I just wanted my order but now I feel like a refund is warranted. UPDATE: Shortly after submitting review,I received email that my order was shipping. 2 weeks later I did receive it as ordered. Quality is good so far.
