Worst Customer Service and bus 'Neoliner Express' Experience ever!!! I just recently speak with one of their agent namely "Deen" very rude and kept on interrupting what I’m going to say. Used "bodoh and India kurang ajar" PLEASE TEACH YOUR AGENTS TO HAVE A PROPER ETIQUETTE OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS!!
