Purchased 3 Chilhiros WRGB Prod from this seller two from Amazon and one from their Store. The one from their store was open-box and arrived with a damaged power supply. The seller refused to send a replacement part and only offer a $10 discount, 2% off but the brand new power supply is 40.99. I asked the seller for 20.49 but they declined my request. I asked the seller for a return, but they simply ignored my request. AVOID
