My one year warranty was about to expire and I had a few questions regarding the extension warranty. I asked them in the chat and initially not get a proper answer. Due to which I missed the deadline to buy an extended warranty. But later, Parul went out of the way to help me and extend my warranty extension date so that I could purchase an extension.
