I ordered a birthstone ring on the 1st of December 2025 hoping that it would arrive by christmas. I emailed the company 2 weeks later stating I hadn't received it, Karry replied back stating there had been a surge in orders and that my order was in a queue. To this day I still haven't received the ring or any further correspondence from your company to which I am highly disappointed. M Kemp
