10 years and got worse
I have been with opinion outpost for about 10 years. They are the only survey site I feel that actually does pay out easily and somewhat well value for surveys. However, customer service has gotten worse. It is a regular occurrence that I will spend significant time on a survey and at the last page will be sent to the page saying I don't qualify (better fit elsewhere). When I report to customer service they tell me I'm the problem (claiming it could be due to rushed answers, etc). But they never provide any actual proof of that. And I've been taking surveys for so long now, I never cheat. So they could literally say anything and take your data and not give you any points for your time. Seems pretty illegal to me. Customer service used to give the points but now they refuse without proof. So I would give it a try but know that you will waste a good portion of your time on this site.
