Great Customer Service
I give 5 stars for Customer Service, in special for Alice's service. She answered my emails promptly and effectively. The solution itself didn't work for me, unfortunately, due to my laptop's limitations (Microsoft Surface, windows 10). I got a 50% refund and I own the license until it terminates, what's good.
