Pay for everything. Watch your bill. Dishonest.
I signed up for membership last year and did one race. The medal was alright but it didn’t justify the cost of both the membership and the race. I was fine with just letting my membership expire, but behold; they automatically renew it and charge your credit card! There was no notice, no “would you like to renew the membership for this service you don’t use?” And there is no number to call. If I hadn’t been paying attention to my credit card statement it would be totally under the radar. When I attempted to email, I was met with an extremely rude, condescending attitude. No apology, but proud defense if their dishonest practices. I would never give a credit card to a business like this if I had been warned, and I hope this serves as a warning to others. You pay for membership and then you pay full price for everything they offer. It’s a great scam. Do yourself a favor and just set goals and rewards for yourself and leave out this greedy middle-man!
