My shirts were delivered in Texas….I live Louisiana
My shirts were delivered in Texas. My shipping address CLEARLY STATED Louisiana. Customer service was very rude about it. Apparently, its my fault my order was delivered to the wrong address and little to NO HELP has been rendered. Only snarky back and forth comments trying to tell ME I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS and when shown screenshots of the inputted shipping address, still tried to tell me that a little town in Louisiana is somehow….A TOWN IN TEXAS! Its one thing to be wrong, but to be snarky and wrong is a new level of idiocracy. We’ve ordered from them before with no issues. Don’t know what happened this go-round but they are extremely unprofessional. I need a refund. Save your money and order elsewhere.
