Terrible service
Terrible service. Purchased my vape from a local store 7/27/22. As of 9/9/2022 it stop working wont turn on. Contacted the local store they told me to contact geek vape since I still have the 90 day warranty. After speaking to customer service and their "warranty department" via email. They stop replying back to my emails and when I write via chat on their site no one wrties back! After submitting proof of payment, picture of the box and video showing the issue! How can you offer warranty but dont honor it?? I will never get anything for this company ever again!!! You spend alot of money on the vape and juice and cant get a replace! Company is a JOKE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
