Kendall was very good
Kendall was very good. He explained details of a complex process well. He guided me to a site where I could verify the number he gave me. He responded within the timeframe he indicated he would. I have not bought tickets this way before and I am confident I got a good deal. I verified with the airline that it has my reservation.
