Nightmare company to deal with
So, here is my ongoing saga with Homrain. I left a review a few weeks ago and still trying to get my refund. I started emailing them on 9/22 the day I got the dress that didn’t fit. And feathers sewn upside down. Still am emailing them daily. Now today 10/11. So, we are talking almost 2 weeks and still no refund. They first email saying they need a picture of the item I received with the tags. There were no tags attached to the dress. Only tags sewn in the inside with the size. Fine sent them that. Then they give me run around for 2 days in that. Then finally say we will give you 15% off if you keep the dress. No. I don’t want the dress that is too big on top and feathers sewn upside down. Ask for the return address over and over. At least 2 more emails to finally get the address. I send it back through usps I get insurance the whole 9 yards. Because I do not trust this place. Keep my receipt. No word. I email them last Monday saying I know it got delivered and what is the next step. They tell me they need a copy of the receipt of how I sent it back and a picture of the return package with the address. Sent that. They acknowledged that and said they will get back to me when they confirm the packages was delivered. Still waiting on the refund. I have never seen anything like this in my life. And how no one has reported this before and they still have a website that people are purchasing things on. This is a complete scam.
Total scam
Total scam. I paid for the dress with extra shipping. I got the dress in plenty of time. But the dress did not fit and the feathers in the top of the dress were sewn upside down. They will not get back to me after about 10 emails to where I return this price of … dress. I not happy. Going to report this website.
