Product cheap knock off and bad customer service
Like most reviews, when I purchased a pet ear thermometer, the $9.95 warranty fee came out with the purchase total even though I declined. My bank was calling reporting fraud. I did call the company and they told me that the funds were being returned, and they were, but it felt like I was being chastised for calling to inconvenience them. Then the product I ordered showed up, and while it works, it does not work well. The ear thermometer feels like a rip off of an actual product and is not well made. Would not recommend buying from this company. Update: Almost a month since I originally bought the product I got a random charge for $40 from this company. Cue the calls from the bank again for fraud. I called the company and they said they will refund the charge and that it was an error, but the company clearly has my card info in the system and that card can apparently be charged whenever without my consent.
