Refuse send my money as I am pensioner which is discrimination And no wages proof ? Sent through my Bank Australia IMT no probs they lost good customer and rather strange rules against old people

Having problems again with proof of earnings etc , trying to transfer my savings from Australia to Thailand as I live Thailand now , they keep restricting my payments to Thailand, and sending same old message proof of wages and tax ? I'm retired thanks and 71 . They all also saying Australia restricts on how much you can transfer ! No they do not .. Today they are holding $5000 of my money , a 71 year old pensioner and will not send to my Thai account ? Saying I have no wages or tax poof ? How can I if I am retired , this is pure discrimination against an elderly person , disgraceful treatment of good customer
