YES This company is a scam
I ordered two garments for an event I was attending the 1st part of Dec. Based on their production and shipping time I ordered these with plenty of grace time. One of the garments suddenly disappeared from my order. The other garment was showing it was delayed in customs. Time was getting short, so I got on the chat line to inquire about my order. The one garment that disappeared from my order is no longer available and the other is now not held up in customs rather has not even made it to the production floor. I have requested an immediate refund. We will see how long that will take. Fair warning folks, read the reviews. Shame on me for being trusting this time around.
