Lost parcel but later got solved by moonmagic
My original package was lost in transit by DHL. It took leaving a bad review to get things moving with customer support, which was a bit frustrating. However, once the team stepped in, they made things right by issuing me a gift card so I could reorder my replacement piece straight away. In the end, I’m happy with the resolution and appreciate Moon Magic turning the situation around!
