100 % SCAM
I would have give a Zero if I could. I ordered a sideboard from Litfad on the 15th October 25. It took over 2 months to arrive from China which I was very surprised as I thought I was buying from a company in London. When it arrived the packaging was soaking wet and the furniture fell apart when I took it out the Box. It was so badly made with the cheapest of materials (mainly chipboard) I sent them emails for the past month and the best they could come back with was a 40% refund. I told them the furniture wasn’t fit for purpose but they said their policy was only to give 40% max refund. I have raised a complaint with my Credit Card company which I used to pay for the furniture. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company to NOT purchase anything from them. They are a SCAM and should be banned from selling over the internet.
