Dreadful customer service - Would give 0 if possible
Would give 0 if possible. I ordered a pricey phone and They sent an empty package. I have been waiting over 3 weeks from an answer for Huawei’s supposed ‘customer service’ and I have been ignored. I even contacted their chief exec…again ignored. Looks like I’m going back to Apple.
