Great Customer Service
I have had my board for about 6 months now and I am very happy with the board. I appreciate the customer service that WowGo has provided me. Ron from WowGo has helped me on multiple occasions. The first was when my battery stopped working. Because there was water damage detected on my battery, it was not covered by warranty, but at least I was able to buy another one and it was shipped promptly. On a second occasion, my deck started to crack a bit. WowGo customer service was nice enough to send me a brand new deck because it was covered by warranty. In addition, they also sent some extra bolts for my board as well. Although I have run into some issues with my board, I am still happy with this company because of their customer service.
