The rug was bad, but not nearly as bad as the $20 return label "fee". The look of the carpet was fine, but it was basically a sheet. I've bought washable rugs before and none of them were this thin. It arrived folded and after 10+ days the folds still didn't relax...I'd consider using them again if they weren't a two-bit business with their return fee. Absolute garbage!
All the bad reviews are legit. Ordered four shirts that looked like a normal fitted shirt. My order took four weeks to arrive and they are complete crap. NOTHING like the advertised pictures. The stories with customer service are accurate as well. They tell you the cost of shipping is more than the order (not true) then they offered me 20% off my next order. Then they offered me 20% back - $16 on an $80 purchase. Now I'm being told I'm responsible for the shipping which is now $12. An absolute Chinese sweat shop scam!
