Refund policy nobody to help you.No answers
Refund policy I have send several emails to customer service but no response. Am trying to get someone to change my email address which l have been told was done but when l try to return it's not recognising my email address. They are quick to respond if are purchasing something but when it comes to refund nobody is there to help. Which is a very big shame as l was looking to order a few more items from them. Can customer service get back to me pls via email l need to return this item as its still within your 15 day policy return. OrderGO103564
