Order WBHRUS3904. This company is an absolute nightmare, and I will be reporting this. Ordered dress on September 18, still have not received it. Homecoming is in 3 days. I have emailed so many times. The response I finally got was that it shipped out and they included the tracking number and after a week there is still no tracking info with that number. I am also having a massive amount of difficulty getting a refund from the first homecoming dress we ordered at the beginning of September. Such hoops to jump through to even get a return number form, then sending them pictures. They received my return 3 weeks ago. Still no refund. Such terrible service all around. Do not order from this website. There are plenty of others selling the same dresses. UPDATE: This has still not being taken care of. They were quick to respond to this review with incorrect information, but not the problem. I received the dress AFTER the quoted time at my checkout. Ordered on 9-18-22, received on 10-11-22. Company is terrible at email responses and when you do get a response, the issue is not directly addressed. This company lies. I received an email from them with a tracking number that the dress had been shipped on 9-29-22. Tracking number was unavailable for nine days and when I finally received it on October 11, return address stated it was sent from Ohio, I live in Michigan. It should have not taken 12 days to get here. As of 10-27-22, I still have not received an address to return the dress after many emails sent to them. They have only stated that they will not reimburse the shipping expense, only cost of dress. This whole process is ridiculous. No number to call. Days for them to respond. Problem not being addressed.
