Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to return 2 dresses I bought for both my daughters homecoming. Both dresses arrived after the dance despite buying them 3 weeks early and paying for expiated shipping. No response to my emails to return. Have now sent 5 emails. Still within 7 days period. The order is WBHRUS2997. Don’t buy from this store.
