Broken items, no credit given on next order.
Received three broken items. The representative said she would credit me for those items on my next order, so I went ahead and ordered two additional cases of different products. Only after I paid, she told me that I did not get the credit because I ordered items that were on sale. She offered to refund the three broken items via PayPal, but I do not use PayPal. She then told me that I could file a dispute if I wanted to. They were aware that there was a problem. I only ordered again because a refund was offered as a credit on my next purchase. Otherwise, I would have waited to see if a different resolution was offered and fulfilled before trusting the company again. Instead, I will not be purchasing from "May Cherry C" again. I value honesty above all else. When she offered a credit on my next purchase for cost of the three broken items, she should have kept her promise. I don't like to write bad reviews.
