Disappointed & No Integrity
I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.
