As others have found, cancelling service is made as difficult as possible, to say the least. 30 days notice is required, for no obvious reason, and the alternative to paying for one further month plus your cancellation fee is to continue paying at a reduced rate until the contract ends. And then you have to phone again to actually cancel. All of this, despite the fact that my system has failed for a second time--battery failure--and would require a paid technician's visit to make it function. This company should absolutely be avoided.
