This service provider is not worthy of one star. I was awaiting collection from Auckland International Airport, post midday, 10th October, and there was no sign of them. When the provider was contacted he said he will be there in 50 minutes!! Eventually, only, after further complaint by myself, I was collected; one and a half hour late. No apologies offered. Shocking service, indeed.
