Return customer no longer
I have ordered from Wherelight several times with wonderful results. However, my last order arrived defective. A wire that wraps around the lenses was improperly assembled, and it was coming off. They are unwearable in this condition, and I'm afraid I will only make matters worse if I try to fix it myself. I tried to contact the company about a refund, but there is no clear route to resolving the issue that I can see. I simply want a refund for a product I can not use due to manufacture defect. The only information I can find is that I might be able to get 20% back, but it would not let me complete the process. As I said above, I have purchased from them more than once with no issues. I like their glasses, quality frames and spot on prescriptions. That is why I am giving them two stars instead of one.
