I have tried to return a dress we received on 10/9/2022 by emailing this company per their instructions. They state they will respond in 24 hours and I have been emailing for three days because they have not responded at all. Our order number is Order WBHRUS4493. They also do not provide a number on their website or anywhere to call them as a follow up method. Please advise if they will send return instructions and if they will provide a refund since we emailed within 24 hours of receiving the dress.
