DONT BUY A ULEFONE !!!!!. From day one this phone did not work and even after doing factory reset it worked for a minute and then started to crap out. They wanted nothing to do with it and the store that I bought it from had already cut ties and wouldn't help either. ULEFONE are nothing but money grubbers selling a crap product.
DO NOT BUY A ULEFONE PRODUCT. I have their Armor 9 and right out of the box it didn't work properly. I didn't know this till more things started going wrong. I did a factory reset and then all this stuff popped up and started working so I thought ok good. Now it's happening again, no notifications and the camera won't focus to take a picture. This phone is a POS and no one should buy from them. I contacted them and they accused me of dropping it on the ground or in the water. This shouldn't matter as this phone apparently is HD and was built to take a hit and a plunge. Clearly not if they are accusing me of that. And they are putting the warranty on the company I bought it from who has completely disconnected from Ulefone because, again, obviously their phone are junk.
