Updated: o.k items and o.k customer service
I bought a ring for a reasonable price, approximately $90 CAD in November of 2023. I wore it often since then, taking it off when spending alot of time in water, not using harsh chemicals on it, not sleeping with it, etc. In August this year, one of the gems came out and was lost. I contacted their customer service since they supposedly have a 2 year warranty. They told me that that is considered normal wear and tear. I would not recommend if you want to wear it daily BUT a customer service representative offered me a much better solution after I voiced my concern, finally allowing me to replace the ring for something of equal value. If you get the items on sale, it’s a good deal for very pretty jewlery.
