Same like anyone else who review it . Bought a travel insurance with them and Submitted more than 60 days got no update at all no follow up ..it has been almost two month now and I still haven't got anything. No replies for my email as well. Have to keep calling back to chase them and got the standard ridiculous reply of we got a high volume of blablabla. If you're an insurance company then expect that and its over the 30days still no one acting on the case! No one is working or what? This just tell everyone to BOYCOTT this travel insurance, Guys avoid buying this as its hard to even get your claim! If you can reply on the feedback so fast then appreciate you act on the case ASAP .
