Very confusing app and no direct contact for queries resolution.
I have bought WhatsApp transfer from android to iPhone package form mobiletrans app, paid 1700 INR. But it didn’t work even after attaching lightening cable and c type cable with both phones. Then I tried through desktop but there, it is asking money again!!! Can’t we use same package which I bought through mobile app? I have send query to your team too. 9024033288
