Extremely Disappointing Service and Support
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I placed an order for delivery between 9 AM and 1 PM, but the order never arrived. When I contacted customer service to check the status, my chat kept getting transferred between different representatives, none of whom could provide a clear update or resolve the issue. Eventually, I was informed that due to technical issues the order could not be delivered, and I was promised that the refund would be credited to my wallet within 60 minutes. However, even the next day 25th May, no refund had been processed. I also tried reaching the team on WhatsApp, but received no response at all. Very poor website experience and highly disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this platform to anyone, especially if timely delivery and your occasion is important to you.
