This review is based solely in regard to most recent purchase from headphones.com. Ordered CrinEar Daybreak IEMS strictly on a whim after watching review and wanting to use my gift card. Unfortunately I received what seemed to be defective product (left channel had no sound) Requested a return with refund, there were no objections and customer service offered an exchange which I declined. Was e-mailed a return label, sent back via FEDEX the next day. Credit for purchase issued by company, I waiting to see if it appears on bank statement. Kudos for the company's return policy. I must have bad luck. :(
