And i thought the over tax was bad. (customer service .. ghosted? I guess?)
The tax issue isn't the main problem any longer. After a few days the screen already has sections with different brightness just from finger pressure, the assembly itself is about two to three millimeter thicker then the original screen so it sticks out of the phone, doesn't really fit the original dimensions so light shines out at the side and the size makes it a pain to properly seal it with liquid sealant like it should be. To make it worse the layers over the front camera are absurdly milky for some reason making it all but unusable. Apparently the S grade stood for shoddy and thisdefinitely does not feel like OEM quality at all. Edit : TVC did make it right afterall i got a refund though due to nobody telling me per email and the company listing in paypal being "colpoint technology limited" it wasn't visible that it is TVC on mobile because the paypal app makes the company logos so vanishingly small i didn't even see it till i looked for it specifically. Communication was very bumpy at times but i ironically count that as a huge plus. Because the only way people can talk past each other like this if there's actually people on the other side struggling to wrap their head around the issue and what i write. Rather then cookie cutter answers most outsourced support department use. Thus i expect their performance to rise over time. And hopefully they don't get tricked with shoddy displays again. That was a bad experience for all involved.
