Problem is cancelling your subscription. I did same, and received confirmation of same from Next Vacay in writing. However, recently when I was charged again for the yearly subscription, I was told by Next Vacay that they could not find the charge even after I screenshotted the charge and provided everything Next Vacay asked me to provide. Next Vacay flat out said there was no record of the charge, and to contact my charge card to have it removed. I did same, only to find Next Vacay disputed same with my charge card company. I have now had to submit documentation to my charge card company that verified in writing that my subscription was cancelled over a year ago. So moral of my story is good luck ever getting them to cancel your subscription!
