Great pre-and aftersales service! Read update
I just started using the machines and didnt even tested the plasma and other tools yet. Every question you have, the team will do the best they can to support you...also after you bought the products! They have an incredible aftersales (and pre-sales service) service. They are always ready to help you out with anything you have. Fantastic service! A service like that i hard to find these days, but not with spooky! Magnificent service! Keep up the good work team spooky! UPDATE: THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH ALL GEN X PRO'S....ITS USELESS FOR BIOFEEDBACK BECAUSE OF HARDWARE...DONT BUY A GEN X PRO UNTIL SPOOKY ACKNOWLEDGES THIS PROBLEM!
